EBC is inspired, in its relations with all
kinds of audience, by the strongholds of the Stockholm
Charter, of which we here quote a couple passages:
1. Targets and
Collaborations
A PR has to approach the Clients with
objectivity with the only aim of helping him to choose teh
best communication and behaviour strategy.
2. Society
PRs are in favour of an open society based
on freedom of expression and of press.
3. Privacy
Trust is the core of the relation inbetween
the client and the pr. The informations which are shared
confidentially by the Client won't, in any case, be reported
to others without the subjects consensus.
4. Integrity of
Information
The Pr consultant must never intentionally
lead into error the audience on facts and information
regarding the interests of the client he represents.
Consultants have to do their best in bringing on their tasks
with the maximum precision.
